On March 4th, my website got shut down suddenly. I appealed, and on March 7th, they said my account was fine. But that wasn't true. Although Shopify Payments seemed okay, I couldn't accept payments at checkout due to an error. I contacted support, they promised to reply in 1-3 days. It's been 14 days now, and my problem isn't fixed. I've been unable to accept payments for 17 days. I'm upset because I've spent a lot of time and money. If I don't get a response this week, I'll move my store to another platform, and so will my friends.
