I purchased a bespoke 4 door French refrigerator via Home Depot on August 6th, 2023, and I excepted the delivery date of September 27th, 2023. I get a voice message on September 22nd, 2023, stating to call Samsung regarding the model not available. I call today and still have to find out if it the panels or the refrigerator itself that not available. I have already paid for the refrigerator in good faith. Long story short all customer service wants me to do is cancel my order and reorder another fridge that is more expensive. I have a new delivery date of 11/22-2023 and I am waiting again 4 days prior to delivery same voice message.
