Never go on this cruise line

I am compelled to write this review as I really would like to leave a zero. My family‘s experience aboard the Royal Caribbean vision of the seas was to say the least horrible. On day two we experienced or noticed bedbugs in one of our two State rooms. We immediately alerted guest services, who intern reached out to housekeeping management, we were moved to different state rooms. However, the experience was horrible bite marks, Humiliation and just Embarrassing. This was our first cruise ever and it really left a terrible impression amongst my family. Throughout the whole experience, royal Caribbean was trying to be apologetic and then offered us 15% royal Caribbean cruise credit. Since I have no desire to board any royal Caribbean cruise ship, I feel as though 15% royal cruise credit is insulting. I emailed corporate, and guest relations, expressing my dismay, requesting monetary compensation and was met with unpleasant customer service workers who didn’t really seem to wanna help.
