CUSTOMER SERVICE WON'T LET ME UNSUBSCRIBE

This place has THE WORST customer service I have EVER come across. It's an absolute joke.I subscribed to La Repubblica because I wanted to read one article. I have now tried unsubscribing since December 2021 without any luck or help from their useless customer service. But they keep taking money from me even though I have stated multiple times, that I wanted to unsubscribe.In order to unsubscribe they give you three options. 1: call customer service. I tried this multiple times, but my Italian isn't good enough to talk to them and no one in customer service speaks English. 2: write an e-mail. I tried this multiple times (in Italian thanks to google translate), but each time the e-mail just gets returned to me because of some error. I have tried sending e-mails to any other e-mail I could find related to Gedi or La Repubblica, where I explained why the provided options doesn't work. Each time they just tell me, that I have the three options even though I just told them, it doesn't work. 3: fax. I don't own or have access to a fax machine.Am I just supposed to keep paying for this until the day I die, because customer service is too useless to let me unsubscribe? It's a nightmare!!!
