I ordered a mug. My money was taken. The mug turned out to be unavailable due to ‘technical difficulties’. I received a voucher. I requested a refund instead and was given it quite promptly. So….. was told I could reorder the mug ( chosen enthusiastically by my grandson) It showed as available on the ‘seller’s’ page. I reordered. Money taken. Only to be told again that the mug was unavailable due to ‘technical difficulties’. WHY is this product showing as available when it is clearly NOT?????Why is money being taken from my account when the product is not available??????Surely this is ‘misrepresentation’ at the very least. It feels like a scam. I am a most disappointed and dissatisfied, would be customer. I will not even be looking at Rebubble again.
