Switching to Rank Math from their competitor was the worst business decision I've made this year. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal - 24+ hours after payment and STILL no access to the pro version I paid good money for. Unbelievable!When support finally bothers to respond, they lazily redirect to generic help documents that solve absolutely nothing. For a company charging premium prices, this level of incompetence is staggering. What kind of tech company in 2025 can't manage basic account activation or send a simple license key upon purchase? Completely unprofessional!I've demanded a refund but of course they're ignoring that too, forcing me to waste even more time disputing the charge with my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Your money and time deserve better than this shameful excuse for a service. Rank Math has proven themselves utterly incapable of delivering what they promise.
