It was good until recently but they forced this "core payroll" update on to everyone which basically removed all of its functionality and it no longer works.Since it was introduced, running payroll has been a nightmare. One problem was that it stopped uploading pension contributions without telling me, and l got a £400 fine from the pensions regulator. The support staff freely admit that the update was forced on people before it was finished. Also every payroll is now allocated a random date in the future, so you have to delete and rerun it.
