Spoke with the rudest customer service…

Spoke with the rudest customer service lady EVER at Phillips. She screamed down the phone at me because I told her that ink rolls for our fax machine are totally unavailable (this after she told me the 'compatible' version was the reason our fax won't work. Her name was Sarah. She reeled off a dozen or so names of retailers she swore stocked these fax rolls. I checked. None of them actually had them no matter what their Google hit said. Trouble with the company and their crap products is you just know they don't care.
