Never had such poor service as i did…

Never had such poor service as i did with Philips..they were supposed to refund me 90.00 for a faulty air floss which still had warranty and they claim they sent me a replacement but when i initially called it was not possible to send me a replacement for that particular model as they were out of stock so that is why they offered me a refund instead. So basically i never received a refund nor replacement and after going back and forth so many times as they keep insisting i got a replacement i got fed up and told them they can keep their 90.00 and replacement and never buying philips again. Also would like to add all Philips tooth brushes and air flossers i've owned in the past never lasted more than 2 years.
