Phillips hand blender HR1363 model. Purchased a few years ago - 2 or 3 possibly. The blade and arm has come adrift so when operated is loose and wrecks the pan or utensil being used in [ if that makes sense!].Managed to get through to its chat line; a very pleasant helpful assistant and nothing but professional in her approach. However the outcome was that no spares are available and a discount code would be sent. Much appreciated!My point; I must not be the only one fed-up with 'built in obsolescence? Further the discount code was for a miserly 10%. Thanks a lot multi-million pound rip-off manufacturer; not impressed!Resolution; always buy with a recommended product and with an extended guarantee [not an additional bought one!] or from Lakeland perhaps [usually 5years]. Avoid Phillips products!
