Great experience

My 1-year-old toothbrush simply died. It would not charge.I called Philips customer service, and they did a few checks, and then replaced it for me immediately with an upgraded model as my old model had been discontinued. It arrived within 3 working days of the call.I also spoke to real person and not a bot, which removes a lot of frustration when dealing with customer services departments.
