Terrible customer service

I bought a Philips 4300 coffee machine almost a year ago. After several months one of the cycles (Americano) stopped working. It also was leaking water into the drip tray inside at an unexpected rate. Recently I got fed up and called customer service.The technician was very pleasant. In the end, he said that it needed to go in for repair and he gave me a case number, saying they would contact me in 2 business days with a mailing label to send it in for repair. That was a month ago and still no response. We checked spam regularly. We started calling the 1-800 number to follow up and after many calls and left messages over one week, nobody has answered the phone or returned a call.This was an expensive machine for $945 on Amazon. It makes great coffee
