Wow . Very bad service for such a big brand

Wow! I see a theme on Trustpilot re: Phillips. I ordered a Phillips 5400 coffee system with various "free" accessories several weeks ago. It also included "UPS Express" shipping, so naturally I was expecting it shortly after ordering it. It was an anniversary present for my parents. It's now been almost 3 weeks. I've called multiple times and keep getting various excuses of "back end problems" in the warehouse. I don't know what that means, but they've said I'd have tracking info several times, that never comes. They of course charged my credit card the day I ordered the system. So, I said today I'd like to cancel the order, and they said they couldn't do that on their end (... Wth ??!! ) and that I'd have to call my bank?? or I could "return it" when I receive it. Although they can't tell me when I'll ever get it. So LIMBO! Awful experience and a bit shocking. I would never have expected brand to yield service so poor.
