Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Sent me a defective product. I returned it according to their process. No communication or confirmation that they have received it even though FedEx confirms that they delivered it. After complaining, they tell me it will take 2-3 weeks to ship a replacement and they cannot refund me. No email confirmation of what they are doing and the ones that they send are incorrect. Do not ever buy anything from Philips.
