I am absolutely disgusted. I ordered an item that once it arrived, was substantially different to the images on social media / the companies website. I reached out to the company who only responded once to ask for more information/ photos. I sent everything to them, and got no response, in spite of sending three emails.I reached out to PayPal WHO DID NOT HAVE MY BACK and sided with the seller. The item was not what I ordered, and PayPal have left me high and dry. THE ONLY REASON I TOOK A RISK AND ORDERED THE ITEM WAS BECAUSE OF PAYPAL PROTECTION. I am a big PayPal customer, using it personally, and for my business (All transactions) including as a merchant for payments. I am absolutely disgusted with PayPal and will be searching for another source (for personal use) and will be cancelling my business services once I find a suitable replacement. Appalling customer service
