Hello,I got a silver Pandora silver bracelet and silver necklace for Christmas. I wore them every day and within a month they had tarnished black. I did everything that Pandora recommended to clean them including using the Pandora cleaning kit. This helped a little but I am still unhappy with my products. I visited my local Pandora shop where the items were purchased and was disappointed with the attitude of the Pandora sales assistant to my problem. I will be reluctant to purchase a Pandora product again unless my problem is rectified.GoodbyeCeline
