Extremely worse customer service ever received. Takes months for a callor reply. They have lost my ring and been going for ages and not received back. Ring customer service and they can’t transfer to management team who are dealing with this so no use calling. Sent emails regularly and no reply. I want my ring back which is expensive and don’t know what to do Causing so much stress.
