PANDORA IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE HAD THE DISPLEASURE IN PURCHASING FROM, FROM NON RECEIPT OF GOODS TO OBNOXIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, WITH POOR UNDERSTANDING OF BASIC GRAMMAR.1) RECEIVED AN EMAIL, STATING MY ORDER HAD BEEN ALLEGEDLY DELIVERED, ALONG WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE, UPON CHECKING THE PROOF OF PURCHASE - THE PHOTO EVIDENCE PROVIDED WITHIN THE DELIVERY STATUS , CLEARLY SHOWING THE POSTMAN DELIVERING TO A HOUSE WITH A WHITE DOOR..MY DOOR IS RED, FURTHERMORE UPON CHECK MY CCTV, IT SHOWS THE POSTMAN GOING PAST MY HOUSE SMOKING HIS BRAINS OUT, AND DID NOT COME OR ATTEMPT TO COME TO MY PROPERTY, MOREOVER THE ALLEGED DELIVERY WAS 11:28AM, HE WENT PAST MY HOUSE 8 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE ALLEGED DELIVER, i COMPLAINED TO PANDORA, WHO TOLD ME TO CHASE IT UP WITH ROYAL MAIL...NO NO NO PANDORA, THAT IS NOT HOW THINGS WORK.. THE ONUS IS ON PANDORA TO ENSURE THE PARCEL IS DELIVERED TO ME SAFE AND SECURE, THE CONTRACT BETWEEN PANDORA AND ROAYL MAIL IS BETWEEN THOSE TO PARTIES AND NOT THE RECIPIENT "ME" THEY...PANDORA STYATED THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL I CHASE ROYAL MAIL... OKAY PANDORA HAVE IT YOUR OWN WAY... NOW WE WILL BE OF TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT IN ORDER FOR ME TO RECOVER MY LOSES ALONG WITH FURTHER LOSES FOR COURT FEE'S AND TIME OF WORK...WELL DONE PANDORA EMBARRASSING TO SAY THE LEAST..CONSUMERS REMEMBER...
