My partner ordered a graduation charm…

My partner ordered a graduation charm for her daughter well in advance and via express delivery.Despite several emails asking for the charm and allegedly the delivery unable to be delivered, with initally being told it was lost!? No ring door bell footage of this alleged attempt(and yes that could be delivery company) the item was stated to be lost with the courier. Twice my partner had asked for a new item to be sent prior to the graduation date and the customer service email kept stating that they wanted to know if we wanted a replacement!?!? Maybe best that Pandora readtheir emails. They then offer at the end after screen shots of all emails proving matters stated, of a free express delivery with any future order. Please tell me why after this shambles would she even contemplate such a thing after this disappointment for such a special occasion. Poor Internet purchase customer service, with lack of actually reading emails and requests. If you really want to buy, go in to their shop, otherwise don't consider internet purchases as you may be very disappointed.
