I PURCHASED A NEW PANASONIC WASHING MACHINE MODEL NUMBER N/A 168VX3 ON JUNE 17 ,AFTER THREE WEEKS WATER STARTED TO APPEAR ON THE FLOOR,NOT BELIEVING THAT IT COULD BE THE NEW WASHING MACHINE THAT HAD COST £500 MY FIRST THOUGHTS WERE THE PLUMBING.AFTER MUCH SEARCHING I FOUND THE WASHING MACHINE WAS LEAKING FROM THE WATER TRAY.
AN ENGINEER WAS BOOKED TO CALL ON THE 17/07,PANASONIC DO NOT HAVE THERE OWN TECHNICIANS BUT CONTRACT OUT.THE FAULT WAS FOUND UNABLE TO FIX AS NO PART WAS AVAILABLE,SO I NOW HAVE A WASHING MACHINE THAT I CANNOT USE,NO IDEA WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED,COMPLAINED TO PANASONIC CUSTOMER SERVICES THEY SENT ME AN E MAIL SHOWING NO INTEREST IN THE FAULT OR REPAIR AT ALL.SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT BOSCH OR SIEMENS AT LEAST THEY EMPLOY THERE OWN TECHNICIANS.
