Here are my Formulas:Ticket: 1-2 days (what you see) x 4,5 = 9 or 5 if you are unluckyEverything else:what you see x 4,5 = XReally bad support, I had to wait 9 days for my ticket and I'm getting my controllers replaced they said they're gonna take 2-3 days for replacing they still didn't say anything so I guess they are gonna take 14 or 13 days.
