Power button went loose after 7 month…

Power button went loose after 7 month of use. I had endless chats with support team, they make you take pictures and submit thousand things and they let you hanging with no answer or solution. After passing the warranty time I'm still trying to see if they have a pulse and answer to my complains...Horrible experience worst customer service ever!! don't buy this product unless you are willing to get rid of your money if something goes wrong with it.
