I seem to go to trustpilot just to vent my spleen at shoddy customer service. This company is no exception. Headset defunct well with guarantee. I think it would be easier to persuade someone to give me their kidney than get a replacement headset. We did get one eventually - but crikey o'riley they put more fences than a ummmm fence company...
