I sent my Nintendo Switch in for a repair and never received my Nintendo back. Their courier company UPS has delivered my Nintendo to a incorrect address or the driver has stolen it. The investigation has been between UPS and Nintendo and the case has been not resolved but the case is closed stating Nintendo was delivered, delivered to an incorrect address. You cannot speak to a manager. You can only speak to their useless customer support team that knows nothing about your repair. They only advise you to wait. I need a replacement sent as you used a terrible courier service that has lost my Nintendo. Your customer support team need to be given correct information about the product and not provide false hope.
