Bad parts/trying to suppress customers reviews

Sent me a bad CPU and motherboard and I can’t get a refund because I don’t have all the original packaging. Don’t ever use this company. Just file a credit card dispute and wait it out.Update: 10/19/2023Newegg flagged my review because they didn’t think this was genuine. It is pretty simple, they sent me bad parts, refused to take the parts back because I didn’t have the original packaging and that is their policy. I understand that it’s their policy, but you shouldn’t be sending out bad parts. I did up winning my credit card dispute against them over time. Again, never use this company for business. And if you think I’m going away, I’m not. I’ll repost this if you get it taken down, and will continue to do so.
