Like many of the reviewers here, I was also confused into paying for an expensive subscription, thinking it was part of their 'free trial' offer. When I complained I was told their T&Cs meant I couldn't get my money back, even though it is a consumer right. I have emailed them twice since their refusal and heard nothing back. edit #2: They have finally resolved the situation and refunded the subscription amount (thank you) so I have adjusted the rating. I'm sure their music scores are fine, but not sure about how they manage customers :)edit #1: I have replied to them (twice) since they said to email them in response to this review and have heard nothing back.
