I didn't have a positive experience myself with MindBody (I'm a small business and MB is way too expensive and has way too many offerings than what I actually needed), BUT Joe from the customer service was AMAZING!He was really passionate about explaining all reports and how to use them, from a business point of view, not only from a technical point of view.
