The worst support I’ve ever seen in my life. I wanted to refund a purchase but I wasn’t eligible, it was 10€, IK it’s not a lot but in my currency it is!! I really needed that money and now it’s gone. I can’t even chat with someone from their support, can’t even call them. The worst experience of my life.
