After recently having an issue with the strap on my Redmi Watch 2 Lite (after having it for just over a year), I got in touch with Xiaomi who were very helpful.After managing to send the watch back, I received a replacement just 2 days later, so I think they sent it as soon as they got proof of me sending it which a lot of companies don't seem to do.I am very happy with this recent service and I recommend the company to others (I have both the watch and a Redmi Note 10 5G).
