Mercari no management teammeTOn March 13th my Mercari account #923438711 was suspended and all listings were removed because I had money taken from my bank account rather than my Mercari account which had a balance at the time. Since I have contacted Mercari numerous times requesting help to withdrawal my money on the account. I have got no help just messages on to use account balance or how to provide them more information. I have provided a driver's license, W-9, home address, bank card, selfie and still get the run around. I now have fraudulent charges on my bank account due to selling on the website. I was told not to provide any other personal information to anyone via Internet. I have explained that numerous times as well. I have called and spoke to Marybell, in which told me the department that handles my case did not have a phone to contact. I asked for management information as well as your contact information and was denied. This is day 41 and now I am unable to login or get anyone to respond to my messages. They keep sending this response and yet no one has contacted me!It looks like your issue needs a little extra care. I'm going to put you in touch with our Billing and Payments Team, who can address your concerns more thoroughly. Keep in mind, the Billing and Payments Team works Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5 pm PT.I wouldn't even give Mercari the one star I had too!
