I bought a purse and canceled the transaction immediately the buyer claims it was already sent. I did not believe it. She told me when it arrives just send it back to her along with the tracking # and she would refund me the money once she determines there was no damage. I sent the unopened package back asap. The seller did not keep her word kept my money and the purse reposted the coach bag…then blocked me. I contacted Mercari and was told nothing could be done because I didn’t come to them to cancel.I screenshot all correspondence and sent to my credit union. Problem solved! Way to go Danny…..stop scamming customers!
