So I order 2 stitch breathing anxiety helps doll things that help you sleep better. They came broke. I asked about the return policy they asked for photos/videos I sent them then ignored me for a while I then left a bad review on Google they then reached out to me saying they were sending out 2 replacement stitchs for the inconvenience but only sent one. I let them know when I got the one that there was only one and asked if they can check to make sure they sent both out or refund me for the other and then they emailed me asking if I had received the stitches. I replied back letting them know I only got the one and no response. I've been on them about only getting one of the two and no response. They ripe people off and I don't like this. I feel like it's FRAUD and that they STOLE money from me. I bought 2 stitches and only have 1 that is working. Where is my other working stitch that they said that they were going to send out? I hate when people lie. It don't help that it took forever for the stitches to get here either.
