Mercari is the absolute worst site of all time with terrible customer service. They thrive on scammers, giving 5 star reviews to scammers before a buyer even has a chance to review the item themselves! Please please spend your time on ebay, poshmark, etc. Mercari doesn't care if your item is inauthentic as long as they make money.
