First time buying off their site…seller isn’t responding to messages…hasn’t sent item that I paid for…Mercari doesn’t answer their phones and doesn’t respond to messages…this is the last time I would ever buy from their website…and I should be allowed to leave a review for seller since they don’t communicate w me and haven’t sent item I paid for. Do NOT use this website…never had this issue w eBay
