I bought plane tickets from gotogate (an evil money grabbing company). They promised a refund over the phone and then refused.I started a charge back with Lloyds and MasterCard, who chose to side with gotogate, someone known to keep customers money even when in the wrong (check their reviews).What’s the point of credit card protection if the company can lie and say anything to save themselves and Lloyds/MasterCard just goes along and agrees with them.Disgusting behaviour from Lloyds Bank and MasterCard.
