Updating this review. While Mailerlite has a lot of problems that seem to pop up, perhaps one of them isn't their overall customer service.Overall, you will deal with server outages, random errors (payment options even disappearing) and other things that are just plain weird. Their front line customer service, along with their primary technical support, while quite friendly, really needs better training. Anything that is spread out over several computers, individuals, and/or browsers is likely not on a single users' end - no matter the difficulty in finding the culprit.
