I'm a new MailerLite customer, and am decidedly not super tech-savvy! I had numerous snags in getting my subscriber list transferred and understanding various aspects of the content generation for my first campaign. The ML support staff were super helpful, sharing specific suggestions and, importantly, the screen shots and videos that made it easier for me to solve my problems. Generally, the response was pretty timely, though when you've got a deadline, time slows down. My only suggestion would be to send an automated reply if you are closed, or on the weekend when hours are less, etc to let the customer know what's happening. Overall, a great experience - thanks!
