Awful experience. I wanted to see if mailchimps marketing/sms platform could fit into our workflows and got on an onboarding call. They haven't even given a way for their staff to show you how the features work. It amazes me that on an onboarding call to talk about features and how it can be used in your business, They literally cant talk about features or how it can be used in your business. UI for the platform is pretty trash compared to many alternatives. If you're looking for an email software, constant contact is far better. If you're looking to create more interactions with your customers, look literally anywhere else for 1/4 the price.I would like to mention the actual staff i spoke to was lovely and competent, just the company give her no tools to actually succeed.
