Worst offshore customer rep

I wish I could give 0 star. I never had any problems shopping at macys.com until recently. For couple of weeks, whatever items I order online, it immediately gets cancelled. I called customer service 5 times and no one was able to help. From the accent of the customer reps, looks like they are offshore and clueless. I am a platinum member and I have no interest to continue to be Macys customer. When I called, there were lots of background noise and at one of the call, i was able to hear another customer’s information.
