I recently ordered online several items from Macy’s a few weeks before the pandemic and I was very satisfied with both their tracking of my shipment and the timely receipt of them. I was lucky to receive great pricing and a great bonus purchase option at a reasonable price as well. Timing is everything. Under these circumstances anything can go wrong.
