So first off, I’m glad that I am not the only one. This is beyond disgustingly ridiculous. I purchased a bracelet for my mom for Mother’s Day. I purchased on May1st. Received an email and every time I check the status it says processing. It’s now two days after Mother’s Day so I call to find out like all the other reviews that there is no one to help remotely. Phone calls can be answered anywhere, emails can be answered anywhere. I get we are in crisis, but online shopping is kind of where we all rely. How can there not be anyone to help? Just horrid!
