Don’t buy from Macy’s online. Someone is switching the VISA number so that if you return something, the refund goes to them instead of to you. I even called Macy’s 2 times prior to returning my items to tell them the return VISA number on the shipping label was not correct. They said it is not possible for it to be changed. Guess what, someone else was issued the refund. I have called the Macy’s customer service 5 times to go through this long story. They keep me on hold to look into it and never come back. After the fact, I noticed when I placed the order, I got an email that said that the shipping address had been updated. I did not notice that at the time and it was not me that changed the shipping address. My visa was charged $184 and I never got the refund even though my UPS tracking shows they received the return.
