DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT order a mattress from them!! I am on my 3rd delivery cancellation. Ordered my bed the beginning of March and after the second cancellation I finally talked to someone who informed me the bed was no longer being made and there for will not be available (keep in mind they were trying to reschedule the delivery for this specific bed) then they made right by hand selecting a different bed ensuring me I would not have this issue with this style well woke up again to yet another cancellation. My poor 16 year old son has been sleeping on an air mattress waiting for this bed to be delivered! Talk about a joke. While the customer service reps are nothing but nice the back end of this department is nothing short of an absolute disappointment!! My advice, go to the many other mattress stores and save yourself the hassle!
