Broken website, no repair option

I have had a Macy's account since 1988. I buy a lot there. Now I am unable to add anything to my cart and am unable to check out. I get error messages on the site. I filed a BBB complaint as there is no tech support for customers. The response from Macy's to the BBB was that there was nothing wrong with their site and it was all my fault!!! Horrible. No wonder they are going out of business. They offered no solution and I am unable to shop there.
