Macy’s sent me an email saying my item had shipped but ups never received it. Customer service is a joke. They said my delivery address was wrong and I can see it from the order confirmation that it’s correct. I gave my delivery address x2 times again through the customer service and also offered my Parcel Collect address in case it would be easier to deliver there than my home address, and never received any response. It’s been 4 months since I ordered and haven’t received anything. I asked my money back, no response once again. I already know that all the time & money are wasted. The order never reached Australian Post which tells that it’s not been sent at all and the tracking number that was given through the order email is not valid/does not exist. The whole thing seems to be a scam to collect money. I don’t ever want to hear this company name again and never buy from them /or similar companies advertising in IG without knowing the company beforehand. The worst thing seems to be that product advertising is not including Macy’s name so you don’t know you have ordered from them before you’ll get the order confirmation. 😡😡😡BUYERS BEWARE😡😡😡
