The Adobe products themselves are good and intuitive however the sales process is extremely archaic. Sales aren't interested in what you’re trying to use their products for - straight in with the most expensive lucrative package that is completely over the top for the need-at-hand, no exploration to see if there is another way to achieve the same result or alternative packages which might suit better. Money grabbing is the best description I feel, which really just lowers the brands reputation and customers trust. I’m sure there are many loyal customers for their products given how good they are, however their sales team could quickly ruin this by driving poor customer experiences – which has caused many brands to ultimately fail. I hope they can fix their sales tactics and rebuild a loyal, trustworthy brand that is respected by customers.
