Adobe InDesign kept crashing on me today. I tried doing all the basic troubleshooting myself: rebooting, updating my MacOS, uninstalling, reinstalling, closing out all other applications, and made sure that I have enough space on my computer. I am not an IT professional and did not want to search the community forums. I finally found their support phone number and was on hold for over an hour before they disconnected the call. Instead of AI that real designers who used their products for decades don't need or want, Adobe should be investing much more in their application support team.
