Lack of accountability and contact details = not trustworthyA substantial cancellation fee prevented me from cancelling the subscription today. The only way to communicate with Adobe was though a chat option. The person communicating with me did not answer my questions but confirmed my subsciption would continue until June 25 with an option 'to manage my account' a month before. However, when I tried to use Adobe straight after the chat, I received an error message informing me my license has expired, despite having paid the monthly fee.An email to the only email address available was returned with a message the inbox was not monitored and to go to the online chat, the very one that was unhelpful previously. A waste of money.
