They lure you in with their services, but if you try to cancel, you're hit with a fee that feels like a slap in the face. It’s a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and the lack of transparency about these fees up front is honestly shocking. It’s disappointing to see such a respected company prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. I expected so much more from Adobe, but this experience has made it clear that they care more about squeezing every last penny out of their users than actually supporting them.
