Dear Adobe Management- Your product support practices are the best recipe to drive the Adobe market share to zero! Selling a perpetual license and then denying to activate it in favor of selling it again under monthly subscription is a breach of the Terms of a _perpetual_ _license_ and a fraud. It is perfectly legitimate not to provide any support for an old product. But, blocking activation of a perpetual license is purely unethical. Keeping perpetual licenses active is your best customer-retention strategy. Blocking activation of perpetual licenses is the reason why your customers (including me) are moving to GIMP, Krita, Photopea, Corel, Afinity Photo and other media creation tools.
